A Car-O-Liner is a
sophisticated piece of
equipment that can measure
and re-align a vehicles
chassis. In the case of a
heavy impact the main
chassis of the vehicle can
be bent in many directions.
So to put these bent areas
of the chassis back into
their required position we
use a laser measuring system
to let the panel beater know
how far it is out of
alignment. Then using
hydraulics we can put the
chassis back into line and
inside legal requirements.
GWSR has two Car-O-Liners
setup to handle the flow of
vehicles that need to be put
onto the system and all
trade qualified panel
beaters are always up to
date in training on using
the Car-O-Liner to make sure
they are doing their job
safely and correctly.
